RICHARD FARMBROUGH

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Prior to establishing Reef Television, Richard Farmbrough co-created and produced the hit BBC Two show Your Money or Your Life which used personal finance to look closely at people's relationships. His other producer credits include the BAFTA nominated first series of House Doctor (five), Making Masterpieces for BBC Two, The Art Club for CNN and Return of the Architect for BBC Four. He has worked as a producer at a range of companies, including the BBC and Talkback Productions.

PAUL HANRAHAN

HEAD OF PRODUCTION

Paul is responsible for business and financial affairs of the company and the supervision of all Reef's productions. He was previously Unit Manager at Leopard Films, managing titles such as Cash In The Attic. Paul also oversees Reefs secondary distribution, managing relationships with both distributors and international broadcasters. He has been a Production Manager for all the major broadcasters including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky, Discovery, UKTV and US Broadcasters Court TV and HGTV. This year, Paul is running the marathon for the Variety Club.

SOPHIE MORGAN

HEAD OF FACTUAL ENTERTAINMENT

Sophie is Reef's Head of Factual Entertainment and responsible for creating and exec producing the company's fact ent formats. Prior to joining Reef, Sophie spent two and a half years as Commissioning Editor for Living where she commissioned and exec produced some of the channel's highest rating series including Britain's Next Top Model, Rehab, the 'Extreme' series and the final 'Jade' series. Sophie has also worked as Head of Development and Executive Producer for companies including September Films, Cineflix and World of Wonder and has secured commissions for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Five, Sky One, Living and Discovery in the UK and many original commissions for the networks and cable channels in the US. Sophie is currently on maternity leave.

TIM WAYMOUTH

HEAD OF POST PRODUCTION

Trained at Molinare, Tim went on to become launch editor at both LiveTV and the Sci-Fi Channel. After travelling the world working on Formula 1 for three years, he has since cut everything from 'Big Brother' series 1 to 'Top Ten Guitar Heroes' to 'The Singapore Story' for Channel Four. He joined Reef in January 2009 after editing the highly successful BBC series 'Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is'.
